Just about two years after calling it quits, it seems like Lori Harvey and Damson Idris could be giving their relationship another try. On Sept. 18, photogs caught the exes frolicking on a beach in Puerto Vallarta, and the vibes were very coupley, if I do say so myself (just look at the pics obtained by TMZ!).

June 2022

Lori and Michael B. Jordan break up after less than a year of dating, with a source telling People, “Michael and Lori are both completely heartbroken. They still love each other. Michael matured a lot over the course of their relationship and was ready to commit for the long term. He let down his guard with her, opening up emotionally in a romantic relationship for the first time. They had great times together and brought out the best in each other.”

Soon after, Lori tells Us Weekly that her parents have the type of relationship she wants, saying, “They’re definitely my couple goals. I literally was just talking to my mom on the phone earlier and she was telling me what she got my dad for their anniversary tomorrow and I’m like, ‘Wow, you guys are literally goals.’ This is what I want one day.” Noted!

A few days later, the pair celebrates their first Valentine's Day together, and Lori shares the sweet note Damson gave her, saying, “I realized it has been exactly 100 days since your beautiful silver dress. Thank God for that dance. Every day since with you by my side has been my favorite movie. I can’t wait till we hit 1000 months. Happy Valentine’s day baby. I love you. LUURVE.”

As Atlanta Black Star points out, 100 days prior to February 14 was November 6, when Lori and Damson attended that star-studded birthday party and she happened to be in a silver dress.

The next day, the two announce their split in a joint statement to The Hollywood Reporter, saying, “We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication. We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together.”
